At Araad, we are committed to delivering your custom-made apparel quickly and reliably. All orders are produced on-demand and shipped within the United States. Please read this policy carefully to understand our shipping process, timelines, and your responsibilities as a customer.

Shipping Areas

We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after your payment is confirmed. Processing includes preparing your items, quality checks, and packaging.

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on every order shipped within the United States. There are no hidden fees or additional charges for shipping.

Shipping & Delivery Time

Once your order is processed, it will be shipped via our standard carrier.

The estimated transit time is 4–7 business days after processing.

Your total estimated delivery time is 5–9 business days from the date your order is placed.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays or severe weather.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number within 24–48 hours after your order ships. You can track your package using the provided link or by visiting our Order Tracking page.

Delivery Issues

If your package arrives damaged or you encounter any issues with your delivery, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a photo of the issue, if applicable. We’ll work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 business days of the delivery date. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier and assist you in locating your package or arranging a replacement if necessary.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, delays can occur due to high order volumes, carrier issues, or unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated on any significant delays affecting your order.

Billing & Address Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that both your billing and shipping addresses are accurate and up to date. If there are any discrepancies, your order may be delayed or canceled. Please double-check your information before finalizing your purchase.

Araad is not liable for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our control. By placing an order, you agree to these shipping terms and acknowledge that delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
