When Your Card Is Charged

Payment is processed immediately at checkout once your order is placed. Because our products are made to order, production begins shortly after successful payment.

In some cases, your bank may show a pending authorization before the final charge is completed. This is a normal part of card processing and typically resolves automatically.

Secure Payment Processing

All payments are handled directly by PayPal, a secure payment processor that follows industry security standards.

Our website uses SSL/TLS encryption to protect your information during checkout. We do not store or have access to your full card or banking details.

Billing Details & Fraud Protection

PayPal may perform verification checks such as address and card security validation to help prevent unauthorized transactions.

If additional verification is required, your order may be temporarily placed on hold while payment is reviewed. This process helps protect both customers and the store.

Currency & Taxes

All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Applicable taxes are calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original PayPal payment method used at checkout.

Refund timing may vary depending on whether the original payment was made using a PayPal balance, bank account, or card via PayPal.

Refund eligibility is governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Refund Timing vs Payment Timing

Payment is collected immediately at checkout. Refunds, when approved, are processed separately and may take additional time to appear depending on your payment method and financial institution.

Deposits / Partial Payments

We do not accept deposits or partial payments.

Full payment is required at the time of purchase for all orders.

Authorization Hold Explanation

An authorization hold is a temporary verification placed by your bank or card issuer.
